    At R&VB we Created New Forest Strongest We Have a few times in the Timetable where the strong team Train and Practice to take part in Strongman Competition. We House Atlas Stones, a Car deadlift, Logs, Farmers  handles, Yoke, Sandbags and Various other Pieces of equipment. We also hold our own Compitition New Forest Strongest that has bee

Ross and Emma also Went on a Strongman certification course to Follow the Interest and help it to grow through coaching.
